Setting out our process from the start means that nothing will come as a surprise to you or your business. We’ve been on the other side of the table – we know what it’s like when someone doesn’t make themselves crystal clear. So by outlining our methods, we hope to give you an insight into how we work, and a firmer understanding of the accounting world’s processes.
Requirement scope
We’ll then assess what it is you need us for. Bookkeeping? Business advice? Something else? We’ll talk with you properly about your needs, and what is important to you to get the results that you want. We’ll make sure to create a plan that is watertight, and that we can action it effectively.
Onboarding
We’ll get the necessary details from you and make arrangements to get anything transferred that needs to be. This includes talking to your old accountant (if you had one) and getting you set up on our systems.
Implementation
We’ll work hard to achieve your goals, committing time and resources to the needs we set out together.
We’ll make sure that we’re adhering to the best practices, and always searching for methods and working ideas that could be beneficial to the structure of your business.
Ongoing review
The work is never finished. We’ll keep you abreast of any changes that we make, and give you the control that your business needs to really thrive. It’s about making sure that your needs are always being taken care of, and that you’re getting the results you wanted from the outset. We’re always ready to hear your thoughts, questions, or just general observations.
